- We process and ship orders within our normal opening hours - Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 (excluding holidays). All orders are shipped the same day, if possible.
Orders are shipped with GLS or Bring (delivery to business addresses, parcel boxes/shops, or home delivery). During busy periods, such as leading up to Christmas and during sales, it may take up to four days from when an order is placed until it is shipped.

Orders to Norway
- nuenotes.com is VOEC registered. As a result, we can now offer to ship orders where the value of each individual item does not exceed NOK 3000 (excluding shipping) without charging extra VAT.
- If the value exceeds NOK 3000, you, as a customer, must pay VAT on the shipment.
- This rule came into effect on April 1, 2020.
Taxes and duties
- Orders delivered to countries outside the EU must go through customs clearance; it is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable taxes and duties.
- Depending on the delivery destination, you will be responsible for paying any local taxes and duties upon receipt of your order. This is the customer's responsibility. Please note that shipping costs and customs processing fees associated with the cancellation or refusal of a package will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
