How to return

  • At Hos nue notes, it is important for us to create a good and safe shopping experience. You always have a 14-day full right of withdrawal from the date you receive your package - see our terms and conditions.
  • NOTE. When purchasing Christmas gifts, the return policy is extended until January 10, 2025.
  • 'When returning, please attach the invoice/order slip where you can note the reason for your return.'
  • "Unfortunately, we do not exchange. For exchanges, please return the desired item and place a new order for the size you wish."
  • If you have lost your invoice/order slip, you can download our return slip here: Return slip
  • Under normal circumstances, it takes between 1-14 business days (Monday-Friday) from the time we have received and processed your return at our warehouse. You will receive a return receipt via email when your return has been processed.
  • You can purchase a GLS return label for your package through us for DKK 49,-

  • "When your return shipment is received, customer service will process it as quickly as possible. If your return shipment meets the conditions for return (see the return slip included with your shipment or our terms and conditions), the money will be refunded to the payment card used as soon as possible."

  • "Uncollected packages will be considered a cancellation of the purchase, which is why we will deduct a fee of 49,- DKK from the refund amount."
  • DO NOT use DAO for returns, as DAO does NOT deliver to business addresses. Shipments sent with DAO will be delivered to a parcel shop. The return shipment is the sender's own responsibility.

 

It is neither possible to pick up nor return in person.

 

Pay attention!

  • Your items must be returned in secure packaging. The item must be in the same condition as when received. All price tags and labels must be intact. If the above is not followed, we will assess whether the item has lost value – and if this is the case, it will be deducted from the return amount.
  • 'We do NOT pick up if you send your order back to a parcel shop.'
  • If you receive an incorrect item or have received an item with errors or defects, please contact webshop@fashionsociety.dk with a view to a return label.
