How to return

  • At nue notes, it is important for us to create a good and safe shopping experience. You always have a 14-days full right of withdrawal from the date you receive your package - see our Terms and Conditions.


  • When returning, please enclose a copy of the delivery note and return note, on which you can note the reason for your return. We do not offer exchange. If you want to make an exchange, please return the desired item and place a new order for the size you may need.


  • Here you can download our return note, if lost: Return Note


  • Under normal circumstances, it takes 1-14 business days (monday-friday), from we have received and processed your return in our warehouse. You will receive a return receipt via email once your return has been processed.


  • You can purchase a return label for your package though us.


  • Return Label (This service is only available in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands and Sweden).


  • Once your return shipment is received, customer service will process it as soon as possible. If your return shipment meets the conditions for return (see return slip attached to your shipment or our Terms and Conditions), the money will be returned to the payment card used as soon as possible.

  • Uncollected packages will be considered cancellation of the purchase, which is why we deduct a fee of dkk 50,- from the return amount.


  • DO NOT use DAO when returning, as DAO does NOT deliver to business addresses. shipments, shipped with DAO, will be delivered to a parcel shop. The return shipment is the sender's own responsibility.


Please be aware!

  • Your goods must be sent back in proper packaging. The item must be in the same condition as upon receipt. All price tags and stickers must be intact. If the above is not complied with, we assess whether the item has lost value - and if this is the case, it will be set off against the return amount.


  • We do NOT collect from parcel shop.


  • If you receive an incorrect item or have received an item with errors or defects, please contact for a prepaid return label.
