  • At you can only order items through our website. Information on specifications from the manufacturer or from the seller’s website is for guidance only. Certain reservations are made for price increases, tax changes, currency changes, sold-out / outgoing goods and key errors.
  • All the items you see here at the retail store are physically in our stock. All prices contain 25% VAT and the amount is in Danish Kroner; DKK/Dkr.

  • Using the various payment options, a card fee may be associated. The fee for using the respective payment cards and ways is shown in the brackets.
  • The amount of the goods is only deducted when the goods are sent. A greater amount can never be deducted than what you approved for the purchase.
  • All prices stated on the online-shop are in Danish Kroner (DKK/Dkr) and inclusive 25% Danish VAT.
  • In case of delivery outside EU the customer is obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for further information.
  • We have experienced that several of our customers are having problems with payment in our webshop. This maybe due to new legislation that came to law the 31st of January 2020. In order to comply with this, banks using MitID in connection with approval of online trading, the 28th of December 2020 made an amendment to 3-D Secure.

Return & Law of Return
  • nué notes provides 14 days right of withdrawal. Should there be a fault with a product or if you receive a wrong item, we will pay all costs of return and send you a new item if the item is in stock. however, it is important that you, in the case of incorrect deliveries, contact our support to obtain a free return label. We do not pay for the cost of shipments returned without a return label issued by nué notes.
  • You must inform us if you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase. Furthermore, you then have 14 days to send the purchase back in. You do not receive a return number or return label and the withdrawal is at the buyer's own expense.
  • The item must be in the same condition as it was received. All price tags and labels must be intact. If the above is not complied with, we will make an assessment of whether the item has lost value – and if so, it will be offset in the return amount.
  • Return label can be purchased through nué notes at this link: GLS Return Label (This service is only available in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands and Sweden).
  • Upon return, a copy of invoice / order confirmation must be attached. the money is returned to the debit card used for the purchase. We only transfer money electronically.
  • Returns due to cancellation are at the buyer’s own expense and responsibility. All returned goods must be sent to the following address:

  • We recommend NOT to use DAO when returning, as DAO delivers before 7.00am. This is outside our opening hours. Shipments, sent with DAO, will thereby be delivered to a parcel shop, which we unfortunately do not have the opportunity to pick up.
  • nue notes checks all items before shipping. When you shop on you have 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific conditions.
  • Please contact us in “due time” after discovering the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will be timely.
  • The complaint must, of course, be justified and the defect must not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.
  • If the complaint is justified, we will off course send a return label.
  • We need the following information when returning the item: Describe the problem in as much detail as possible. The item must always be returned in proper packaging.
  • nué notes returns your receivable as soon as we have received your item and verified that the item meets the conditions for the return policy.

  • You can only redeem the gift card in our e-commerce store at
  • The gift card has no expiration date.
  • You are responsible for the gift card and the risk of losing and misusing the gift card are on you. You must therefore take any losses yourself in this regard. nué notes does not replace the gift card in the case of loss or abuse.
