Ordering

At nuenotes.com, you can only order items through our website. Information about specifications from the manufacturer or from the seller's website is for guidance only. We reserve the right for price increases, tax changes, currency changes, sold-out/discontinued items, and typing errors.
All the items you see here in the retailer shop are physically in our warehouse. All prices include 25% VAT and the amount is in Danish kroner.

Using the various payment options may incur a card fee. The fee for using the respective payment cards and methods is shown in parentheses.
The amount for your order will only be charged when the goods are shipped. No amount greater than what you approved at the time of purchase can ever be charged.

All prices listed in the online shop are in Danish kroner (DKK/Dkr) and include 25% Danish VAT.
For deliveries outside the EU, the customer is obliged to pay customs duties and additional costs. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for further information.
We have learned that several of our customers are experiencing issues with payments in our webshop. This may be due to new legislation that came into effect on January 31, 2020. To comply with this, the banks that use NemID for online transaction approval made a change to 3-D Secure on December 28, 2020.
Here you will find a link to set up "Visa Secure" for Visa cards, "Mastercard Identity Check" for Mastercards, and "Dankort Secured by Nets" for Dankort.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

nué notes offers a 14-day right of withdrawal. If there is a defect in an item, or if you receive the wrong item, we will of course cover all return costs and send you a new item if it is in stock. However, it is important that you contact our webshop for a free return label to be sent to you by email in case of incorrect deliveries. We do not cover costs for shipments returned without a return label issued by nué notes.
NOTE: In connection with the purchase of Christmas gifts, the right of withdrawal has been extended to January 10, 2025.
If you regret your purchase, the item(s) must be returned no later than 14 days after the delivery date. You will not receive a return number or return label, and the return is at the buyer's own expense.
A return label can be created by using our return portal
The item must be in the same condition as when received. All price tags and labels must be intact. If the above is not followed, we will assess whether the item has lost value – and if this is the case, it will be deducted from the refund amount.
When returning, a copy of the invoice/order confirmation and the included return slip must be attached. Refunds can only be made to the payment card used for the purchase. We only transfer money electronically.
Returns due to cancellation are at the buyer's own expense and responsibility. All return items must be sent to the following address:

NOTE! MUST NOT BE SENT TO PARCEL SHOP.

DO NOT use DAO for returns, as DAO does NOT deliver to business addresses. Shipments sent with DAO will be delivered to a parcel shop. The shipment is the sender's responsibility.

Complaint

nué notes controls all goods before dispatch. When you shop at www.nuenotes.com, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific circumstances.
Please make your complaint in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after discovering the defect, the complaint will be timely.
The complaint must of course be justified and the defect must not have arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.
Please send us an email with the following information and photo documentation: Describe the problem as detailed as possible. The item must always be returned properly packaged.
If we find the complaint justified, we will of course send a return label via email.
For complaints returned without our approval, we do NOT cover return shipping.
nué notes will return your credit as soon as we have received your item and verified that it meets the conditions for return.

You can only redeem the gift card in our webshop at nuenotes.com
The gift card has no expiration date.
You are responsible for the gift card. The risk of loss and misuse of the gift card lies with you. You must therefore bear any losses in this regard. nué notes does NOT replace the gift card in case of loss or misuse.
