Shipping:

We process and ship your order within our normal opening hours - Monday to Friday between 8am - 3pm (except public holidays). All orders are dispatched the same day - if possible. orders abroad are shipped with GLS, Postnord, DHL or UPS - whichever you choose. 

During busy periods, such as in the lead up to Christmas and during sales and Black Friday, it can take up to 4 days from when you place your order until we ship it. 

We want to give you the very best service, and will do everything to be able to deliver day to day with in DK. 

Our packages can be picked up between 2pm - 3pm daily.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link. This link only becomes active when the carrier has picked up and scanned your shipment.

Unfortunately, you can't. We do not accept personal inquiries, either regarding picking-up, returns or exchanges.

Return & Refund:

You have 14 days to return your order after the purchase date. You will not receive a return number or return label and the return is at your own expense. 

However, you can buy a return label through us from DKK 49,- 

 

Return label (this service is only available in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands and Sweden)

 

The item must be in the same condition as when received. All price tags and stickers must be intact. If the above is not complied with, we will make an assessment of whether the item has lost value - and if this is the case, it will then be deducted from the return amount. 

When returning, please enclose a copy of the invoice and the return slip, on which you can note the reason for your return. In case of exchange, please write which size you are interested in (we are happy to exchange if stock is available).

Returns due to regret are at your own expense and responsibility. All returned goods must be sent to the following address:

Please note that it is not possible to physically show up at the address and hand in your return.   

Uncollected parcels will be considered as cancellation of the purchase, which is why we will deduct a fee of DKK 49. from the return amount.

If you receive an incorrect item or have received an item with errors or defects, please contact: webshop@fashionsociety.dk for the purpose of a return label. 

nué notes will bear all costs in case of wrong deliveries in the form of a return label issued by us. We do NOT refund return labels not issued by us.

We endeavor to handle your return as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, between 2-4 days from when we have received your return until we actually handle it. 

After this, it can take up to 30 days before the amount is returned to your account. This depends on your bank or card provider. All refunds go via the same means of payment that you used for the purchase.
