Exchange & Returns
At Nué Notes, it is important for us to create a good and safe shopping experience. You always have a 14-day full right of withdrawal from the date you receive your package - see our Terms and Conditions.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can easily do so via our return portal. Here you simply follow the instructions and choose whether you want to return or exchange the item - for example, if the size does not fit.
When exchanging, you pay the price for the new item directly in the return portal. We cover the shipping costs for the exchange. Once we have received the original item back at our warehouse, we will refund the amount for this to your account.
When your return shipment is received, customer service will process it as quickly as possible. If your return shipment meets the conditions for return (see the return slip included with your shipment or our Terms and Conditions), the money will be refunded to the payment card used as soon as possible.
Under normal circumstances, it takes between 1-14 business days (Monday-Friday) from the time we have received and processed your return at our warehouse. You will receive a return receipt via e-mail when your return has been processed.

Uncollected packages will be considered a cancellation of the purchase, which is why we deduct a fee of 49,- dkr. from the return amount.
DO NOT use DAO for returns, as DAO does NOT deliver to business addresses. Shipments sent with DAO will be delivered to a parcel shop. The return shipment is the sender's own responsibility.
Please note that it is neither possible to pick up nor return in person.
Please note!
Your items must be returned in secure packaging. The item must be in the same condition as when received. All price tags and labels must be intact. If the above is not adhered to, we will assess whether the item has lost value – and if this is the case, it will be deducted from the return amount.
We do NOT pick up if you send your order back to a parcel shop.
If you receive an incorrect item or have received an item with errors or defects, please contact webshop@fashionsociety.dk with regard to a return label.
